1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all orders pan-India. For bulk or international orders, feel free to contact us at contact@vannaromas.com.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

4. Shipping Charges
- Orders above Rs.999: FREE SHIPPING
- Orders below Rs.999: Flat Rs.100 shipping charge
5. Order Tracking
Your order will be shipped via Shiprocket's courier partners. You'll receive a tracking link through email/SMS. You can also track your package directly at: https://tracking.shiprocket.in
6. Delivery Support
Received a damaged, incomplete, or undelivered order? Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and supporting details.

7. Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@vannaromas.com. Address changes post-dispatch are not guaranteed.
