Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unburned, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a video recording of the unboxing as proof. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its sealed condition.

  • You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, record a video while unboxing and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used candles or items not in original condition.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Products returned without an unboxing video.

If you're unsure whether your product qualifies, feel free to reach out before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, kindly return the original item (as per the return policy), and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
